At Asevi we continue to be committed to effective equality between men and women. That is why we have just approved our first Equality Plan in which we have carried out a real analysis of the current situation in terms of equality, establishing improvements and specific objectives to work on in the coming years.
A first real and close plan for all our employees where important actions are contemplated such as gender equality, the treatment of gender violence, internal training on the use of non-sexist language among many other aspects.
