These GCU will be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

The parties hereby elect the Courts of Denia to settle any controversy related to the conditions of use and access to this Website contained in these GCU, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction, unless otherwise determined pursuant to legal requirements.
