1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Pricecheck Toiletries Limited (Old Colliery Way, Beighton, Sheffield S20 1DJ organises, for promotional purposes, the national giveaway (hereinafter, “Asevi Pet Floor Cleaner and Pet Air Freshener Giveaway”), to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in the United Kingdom and over the age of 18 in accordance with the provisions of the conditions to participate section.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on 29th September 2026, at 00:00 and will end on 13th October 2026, at 23:45.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
– Entrants must reside in United Kingdom and be 18 years of age may participate.
– Only those participants who are followers of the Asevi.UK account on Instagram will be able to participate.
– The personal data with which participants fill out the registration form must be truthful data.
– Participants can comment more than once and tag an individual, each tag must be a different account to be entered.
The mechanics of the Promotion consist of 1) following the Asevi.UK on Instagram, 2) commenting, 3) tagging at least one account and 4) liking the post.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
1 x winner will be chosen from Asevi.UK’s Instagram profile on 14th October 2026.
The selection of the winners will be carried out randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and as proof of this issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which is unalterable by the organiser of the draw, and which any participating user can request from the organiser.

6.- LIMITATIONS
If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.
The following people may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed in any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Pricecheck Toiletries Limited. Persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of Pricecheck Toiletries Limited. Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).
The prize awarded will not be transferable nor susceptible to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
Pricecheck Toiletries Limited reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior communication in legal form, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion.
Pricecheck Toiletries Limited decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any fiscal or tax burden that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Pricecheck Toiletries Limited in these Legal Bases, will be the responsibility of the winner.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of the award of the prize, to make any reasoned claim. Pricecheck Toiletries Limited reserves, if necessary, the right to replace the prize with another with similar characteristics.

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, libelous or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be permitted.

We will not be responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion, and which at any time could offend the sensitivity of other participants.
7.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize. obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
